Location, Location, Location…

Our cabin is newly constructed within the Kings Beach community. It's perfect for weekend getaways, family vacations, or a place to warm up before and after an adventure through the snow. You'll love waking up surrounded by the towering pines or curling up in the evening by the fireplace in this winter wonderland. We are just a short walk to local shops, art galleries, markets, restaurants and bars all along the lake’s sunny northern shoreline. The shoreline, as a part of the Kings Beach State Recreation Area consist of almost 1,000 feet of prime sandy beach frontage perfect for those hot summer days. To top if off, we are a short distance to golf courses, breweries, wineries and world class ski resorts.

The Space…

Upstairs, you’ll find an open layout including the kitchen, dining room and living room. With large vaulted ceilings, a high quality solid wood dining table with seating for nine, and breakfast counter with four barstools your entire family is sure to enjoy every meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, etc. and includes a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and dishwasher.

For the cold winter nights or the sports fanatic, the living room is wrapped by a gas fire place and 65" smart TV. With a subscription to YouTube TV and access to other streaming apps, all of your favorite movies and shows are at your fingertips.

Off the living room is a deck with lounge seating centered around a gas fire pit. Sit outside in the morning and take in the fresh alpine air while enjoying a cup of coffee or relax around the fire pit in the evening with a glass of wine or your preferred beer while the stars fill the tree lined skies. The deck also includes a gas grill for your summertime barbecues.

The generously sized master bedroom is tastefully designed with high quality furniture, a king bed with supreme hybrid mattress, and workspace for the always connected professional. The master bathroom is equally large with separate bathtub and impressive walk-in shower.

Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with another king bed, queen bed and twin for those who prefer to jump around than sleep. The downstairs also includes a full bathroom, with tub shower, washer and dryer.

Last Notes…

The garage can accommodate two cars, and another two can fit in the driveway. During the summer, there is ample street parking, but in the winter, guests should avoid parking on the street due to County snow plowing.
